About Me
Meet the Man Behind Commando K9 Dog Services
I spent 12 years serving as a Royal Marines Commando, finishing as a Sergeant and qualifying as a Mountain Leader. My career was built on discipline, resilience, leadership, and the ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure environments.
As a Mountain Leader, I operated in some of the world’s most demanding & harsh conditions, where preparation, accountability, and trust weren’t optional — they were essential. Leading men in those environments shaped my standards: clear communication, consistency, and responsibility for those in my care.
Alongside my military career, one constant remained — dogs. Wherever I was in the world, I found a way to work with them. Dogs represent the qualities I value most: loyalty, honesty, instinct, and trust.
My approach to working with dogs is straightforward and structured. I believe in calm, confident leadership, clear boundaries, and building trust through consistency. No ego, no shortcuts just proven principles that create balanced, reliable dogs and strong owner partnerships.
For me, this isn’t a job, it’s my whole life & I love what I do. It’s about building trust, developing capability, and creating lasting results.
- Dog grooming - I am qualified through the Ipet network. I have a Level 3 diploma in dog grooming and salon management.
- I am fully insured in dog walking and dog grooming & have a disclosure check in place.
- I am qualified in K9 first aid, qualification bellow.
